I offer counselling for adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, bereavement and loss, low mood or depression, relationship difficulties, substance misuse, neurodiversity, significant life changes, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
My approach is humanistic, person-centred and trauma-informed, offering a warm, confidential space where you can explore what is happening for you without judgement or pressure.
For adults
You don't need to have everything figured out before coming to counselling. You may know exactly what you want to explore, or you may simply know that something needs to change. We can begin wherever you are.
For adolescents
Growing up can bring pressures that aren't always easy to put into words. Counselling offers a space to explore what's going on, make sense of difficult feelings and feel heard without judgement.
Online counselling across the UK
Online counselling offers the flexibility to have sessions from a place where you feel comfortable. Sessions are available to adults and adolescents across the UK.

If you prefer to meet face-to-face, I offer counselling sessions in Southampton and the surrounding areas, in a private and comfortable setting.
